Development Engineer Joints / Load-Bearing Structure (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the development and further development of components of the bus joint system, in particular force-conducting and connecting elements between the vehicle segments Ensure the highest safety requirements and reliability of the supervised components for the safe operation of the entire vehicle Strengthening market position through innovative solutions and taking into account current market requirements and technical progress Development and detailed design of the supporting structure in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners Implementation of innovations in materials, processing and construction and simulation methods Development and application of product validation processes, including FE analyses, prototype production and operational strength tests Selection of suitable materials and production methods in coordination with purchasing, suppliers and manufacturing within the HÜBNER Group

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in design, component design or calculation desirable, ideally in the commercial or special vehicle sector or mechanical engineering Finded knowledge of the 3D CAD design, preferably with CATIA V5 or 3D experiment Expertise in the field of operational strength and understanding of patent research and IP Very good German and English skills required and ideally other foreign language skills Embossed readiness and flexibility Creativity, initiative, team skills and intercultural competence
