The Union Investment Zukunftsschmiede bundles our junior team programs and thus allows you to optimally enter the world of capital markets. Start with our 12-month trainee program and support us from 1st March or 1st September 2026 in the successful implementation of exciting topics concerning digitalization at one of the largest German asset managers. Our trainee program offers you an interesting mix of practical phases and cross-disciplinary trainee camps. Ideal for all generalists and all-rounders who are inspiring for a comprehensive theme. In the practical phases, the following content awaits you: Rotating operations in all units of our house, for which the topic of digitalization is not to be forgotten Working with the analysis and design of digitalization topics (Smart Analytics, Low Code Platforms, AI, etc.) in the real estate, infrastructure, private and institutional customer business, as well as in portfolio management, fund services and sustainability Responsive tasks in day-to-day business as well as in comprehensive digitalization projects The following content awaits you in the trainee camps: Personality-promoting trainings, specialist workshops & lectures Implementation of social projects within the trainee group Network events and exchange opportunities with higher management Business-wide hospitations as well as knowledge of the real estate business at the Hamburg location and the Backoffice units in Luxembourg

You qualify for this program if you bring the following conditions: A (soon) successfully completed study First practical experience in the digital environment desirable, e.g. in an agency, advice or in the e-commerce sector You bring curiosity and a strong interest in new trends and technologies You draw from an analytical and structured way of working You could imagine working at our locations in Frankfurt, Luxembourg or Hamburg Our future forging focuses on personal care, change and agility, great practicality and a culture of doing.
