Middle Office Back Office - Financing / Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our company has been present in Germany for over 30 years and today consists of 100 employees who support customers in Germany, Austria and German Switzerland.

We offer investment and hedging solutions and flow products for equity and bond markets as well as a full range of investment banking solutions that include acquisition financing, capital acquisition on the foreign and equity market, and M&A consulting through our global M&A network. We also offer financing, in particular in the global sectors of Natixis CIB, including electricity and renewable energies, infrastructure and real estate, and have its own German mortgage bank. This enables us to develop tailor-made real estate financing solutions for customers in Germany and throughout Europe.

Our entire range is enhanced by Natixis CIB's expertise in Green & Sustainable Finance, which enables us to offer financial solutions to help our customers reduce the environmental impact of their activities. You support new business from creating indistinct and binding term sheets to sign-off You check contracts as well as Conditions Precedent (CPs) and Conditions Subsequent (CSs) You carry out internal controls You take over Commitments refinancing and first guarantee Confirmations You give relevant information to the back office and prepare payouts You collect financing in all relevant middle office systems You enter and monitor current transactions You process customer requests and are contact person for ongoing concerns You’ll start Annual Reviews and Waiver or join You care about the Middle Office systems You manage contract obligations and cash flows You coordinate partial and full back payments including the release of collateral You prepare and sign these together with Real Estate Finance and Asset Management & Portfolio Transfer Certificates You regularly communicate with customers and consortia partners You create and care for files and reports for various internal departments You can participate in internal and external audits You support various internal projects

You bring at least three years of professional experience in real estate financing and Middle Office You have successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable training You are a dedicated team player, flexible and characterized by a high degree of organization and self-motivation You have very good German and English skills and good French skills You are interested in Back Office Systems You have good MS Office skills
