(Senior) Process Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Self-governing of technologically demanding and highly complex R&D development tasks/projects, from target definition and conceptualization to the development of technology in test carriers, realization in special machines to production start – including partial responsibility for defined project areas Ensuring the feasibility, fulfilling requirements of development projects taking into account the cost and timing requirements Examination and acceptance of R&D development pipeline specifications in coordination with the participating interfaces and internal or external end customers and suppliers Monitoring and testing of the definition, implementation and documentation of laboratory structures and prototypes Own-responsible documentation of the development status, with subsequent evaluation and results analysis and initiation of further steps Self-application of statistical methods in process development Ensuring the flow of information between the R&D development team and the interfaces involved

Completion of engineering studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, technical computer science or comparable qualifications Professional experience in the engineering sector of a manufacturing industry Structured problem analysis and solution finding Teamability and an organised and independent way of working Very good communication skills with internal and external contacts Enthusiasm for technically complex tasks and the ability to work within a dymanic environment Very good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office applications Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel (in Germany and abroad)
