Together with our engineers, you develop innovative concepts for the development of new products in the area of Trauma & Extremities (T&E), focusing on implant and instrument systems. As part of the R&D team, you will gain a good understanding of the clinical requirements of the medical devices to be developed. On this basis, you unfold and evaluate first concepts and execute them step by step until you create prototypes. You carry out varied and demanding tasks independently. In an interdisciplinary team, you work closely with other departments and get a comprehensive insight into medical technology as well as into different business areas.
You are enrolled in an engineering degree course (e.g. mechanical engineering, medical technology) or a comparable subject. Your strong technical understanding as well as – ideally – existing knowledge in CAD (preferably Creo) and FEA help you focus on exciting tasks in product development. Thanks to your helpful, resilient and independent work, you are actively contributing to the success of our team. Good MS Office knowledge as well as excellent English skills in word and writing allow you to communicate safely and easily in an international and innovative environment and complete your profile.
Fair pay, holidays, exciting trainings & personal mentoring and flexible working hours. Diversity is important to us. We are pleased to receive applications from people regardless of their ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, age or sexual identity. .
