As part of our global IT organization, you are responsible for the application-side operation of the SAP Finance System of Hays companies in the German-speaking region As SAP Consultant FI (m/w/d), you are the key user in the specialist departments for ongoing adaptations of our SAP FI system with interfaces to adjacent modules (SD, MM, PS, CO, HCM) and external applications You support the analysis of the processes, accompany the field of expertise in finding a suitable technical solution and help in creating specialist and DV concepts Customizing is your own and is also responsible for the support In addition, you coordinate the implementation by external partners and ensure the necessary quality of their products and solutions You actively and continuously contribute to improvements in the existing processes and systems and, in this context, you will participate in projects As a member of the SAP-Functional-Consulting team, you work closely with other consultants and demand management

You can demonstrate a completed university degree in the field of Business Informatics/BWL or comparable training with corresponding practical experience Finded professional experience in the SAP-FI environment (debitors, creditors, bank accounting, facilities, dunning, logistics accounting), including knowledge in customizing you could collect and you know the system's data model Ideally, you are also familiar with the FIN-FSCM (collection, dispute, credit management, business partners) module and approval procedures using SAP workflow as well as the finance solution in the S/4 HANA The interfaces and dependencies of SAP FI to upstream or downstream modules (MM, SD, PS, CO, HCM, CATS) are familiar to you You have knowledge of the technical processes and methods in financial accounting and their mapping in the SAP standard Through very good communication, team skills, self-initiative and structured working, you draw You have experience in coordinating external service providers and know their delivery quality You speak German and English fluently in word and writing Hays stands for diversity and actively advocates opportunities and participation.
