Our SCADA cluster forms the backbone of the Virtual Power Plant of Next Power Plants – ensuring that the Energy Transition 24/7 works. As Engineering Manager_in SCADA Services, you will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and product owners. Together, you ensure the stability, security and further development of our systems for remote control, monitoring and data integration. You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or bring comparable knowledge in these topics. You have already gained experience in the leadership of teams and in agile development. You give impulses to develop innovative ideas and support your team in implementing them. You have experience in operating or developing technical systems (e.g. SCADA, IoT, Cloud, Messaging). You bring knowledge of modern software technologies and communication protocols (e.g. MQTT, OPC-UA). You like to work in the team, communicate clearly and find solutions together. You can master German and English in a safe manner.
