Participate in change boards, design reviews, and hotspot meetings to ensure consistent processes and quality standards Define, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions with cross‐functional teams Apply and support DFMEA / PFMEA metho-dology according to internal guidelines Ensure series product stability across production and field operations, focusing on NC and COPQ reduction Oversee engineering change processes, including quality assessments and risk evaluations Support internal and external audits and qualification processes along the value chain Lead and activities close 8D problem‐solving and drive lessons learned in upstream processes Report risks and progress, manage escalations, and cooperate with IMS on process releases and improvements
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Management Strong knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA, CTQ, APQP4W, and FAI / PPAP Experience in change management and end‐to‐end quality processes High proficiency in problem‐solving tools (8D, 5‐Why, Ishikawa, 7QC and PDCA) Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance Strong analytical skills, including Pareto, trend analysis, Power BI, and Excel Knowledge of reliability metrics (MTB and MTTR) and ability to read drawings / specifications Basic knowledge of validation and release processes; experience with wind turbine
