This is how your training day looks at us: Recruiting gives you a comprehensive insight, participate in interviews and accompany daily applicant management. Staff development is also part of your tasks, including seminars and the organisation of in-house training. You can also help with the creation of personnel cost forecasts and annual personnel cost planning. In addition, you are introducing yourself in the area of personal administration, e.g. in the handling of entrances and exits. In the day-to-day operational business of personal care, you provide valuable support. The vocational training course takes place at the Berufskolleg Südstadt in Cologne. During the three days of work, you are employed at our headquarters in Sankt Augustin near Bonn.
