For our Team Core Technologies & Architecture, we are looking for an Team Lead (m/w/d) IT Platform Teams at the Berlin site for 18 months in full time. Your tasks Together with the Engineers, you work on the continuous improvement of services, components and our overall architecture You give your engineers the necessary impulses for their own development and accompany them on their individual career paths in the middle of the AI era Together with other Team Leads, you develop framework conditions and eliminate obstacles in the context of cross-functional teams With the Agile Coaches and Product Owns of the teams, you keep an eye on team dynamics You actively follow the trends and best practices in the software development community to continuously optimize our organization and processes, especially in the field of AI tooling You are able to successfully complete small to medium-sized projects and strategic initiatives independently and transparently, as well as to make your coordinated contribution to larger projects in a work-part structure. In our distributed and agile way of working, you always keep an overview and offer yourself proactively as an interlocutorin for professional and human issues

Your profile Completed study of the field of computer science or comparable training Experience in the acquisition of professional or disciplinary personnel responsibility At least eight years of experience in collaboration with software development teams Wide operational experience around software architecture, web development, maintenance, devOps and public cloud Communication strength, solid presentation and moderation capabilities, analytical thinking and problem-solving competence Interested in all aspects of the software life cycle, especially in AI, security, data protection and compliance issues Very good knowledge of German and English
