You advise our internal client: inside the SAP HCM environment and assign the SAP requirements to the entire IT context and thus develop the strategic IT architecture During the upcoming H4S4 transformation, you are part of the project team and take over the technical control of the external service company You accompany and carry out independent projects in the SAP HCM environment in cooperation with our department You take over the recording, evaluation, conception, implementation (Customizing) incl. Testing and documentation of technical and legal requirements. You act as an interface between the department and software development You actively shape the further development of SAP Fiori applications

You have completed a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable training You bring multi-year professional experience in the SAP HCM environment, in particular in the modules personnel administration, organization management, personnel accounting and time management, as well as in adjacent modules You have first knowledge of H4S4 and are ready to further expand it You have strong communication and moderation capabilities
