CNC Machining Engineer / CNC Programmer (m/w/d)

Location: Leipzig Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 8 hours per day

Purpose and objective For our customers we are looking for a motivated machining mechanic / CNC operator / CNC programmer (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Manufacturing of components: You are responsible for the production of serial and individual parts.
• Operation & installation of CNC machines: The focus of your activity is on the operation, installation, armor and partial programming of the latest DMG CNC machines (3 and 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain control) including tool measurement and monitoring.
• Quality control: You independently control the manufactured parts and ensure that all requirements are met.
• Process optimization: You are constantly working on improving processes, programs, tools and tools.

Technical requirements

• Training & experience: You have a completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal sector with several years of experience in machining.
• Knowledge of CNC technology: You have experience in handling CNC machines. Safe operation of the Heidenhain TNC 620/640 control is desirable.
• Technical know-how: knowledge in CAD and CAM systems are advantageous.
• Working methods & quality awareness: You have a quick understanding, work independently and cooperatively and place great value on quality.
