At the Rendsburg site we develop and manufacture double-sided fine grinding, lapping, polishing, honing and deburring machines as well as profile grinding machines and fine cutting presses. We are part of the Precision Surfacing Solutions Group with more than 700 employees worldwide at ten production sites. We are looking for you as an all-rounder for building management. The takeover of the task is expected as a responsible electrical power.

Responsible Electric Power (VEFK) Monitoring and control of technical building equipment (TGA) Planning and implementation of maintenance measures Coordination and supervision of foreign companies Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Conduct of regular inspections and tests Documentation and reporting Organisation of repair and maintenance measures and troubleshooting at our plants Participation in energy saving measures Supporting projects with support from external specialist companies

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in the field of building management Integrated basic knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology Very good general technical knowledge in building management Good organizational and communicative skills Participation in readiness and emergency management Willingness to continue and take responsibility Safe handling of current MS Office applications and CAFM tool Class B car driving licence
