Controlling / Commercial Project Management with 4 employees incl. Butt-responsibility, management of personnel resources and professional staff management and development Management and Supervisory Board advisory support Planning, monitoring and control of the (core) projects of the Hesse Agency in the sense of multi-project management (e.g. project time recording, proof-of-the-spot verification) Organisation, implementation and consolidation of the annual economic planning of the Hesse Agency and its subsidiaries, including the calculation of fees and costs Compilation of annual liquidity and investment planning, budgeting and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports Acquisition of specific activities in the context of the preparation and preparation of annual commercial accounts (including accounting for projects, project evaluation according to the low-value principle, determination of production costs and consolidated balance sheet) Compilation of business activities and key figures (including ad hoc inquiries) and preparation and presentation of analyses Implementation of cost-type, cost center and cost-beneficiary accounting as well as consolidated accounting and transfers Support in the administration of controlling-related processes in SAP FI/CO, S4/HANA and BOARD

Successful completion of an economic studies with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable degree Multiannual experience in controlling (ideally in the public sector) as well as in business, liquidity and investment planning, commercial project management Experience in the guidance, training and professional guidance of employees High application and design will, loadability and flexibility Communication strength, cooperative handling and hands-on mentality Ability to Analytical, Result- and Process-oriented and Conceptual Work High IT affinity, knowledge in modeling business intelligence architectures
