Commercial support of construction projects over the entire life cycle. Budget and cost control: monitoring project costs, creating forecasts and risk assessment. Control of project cash flow: Create customer bills, monitor payment inputs, perform dunning. Control and coordination of supplier accounts and coordination of payment dates. Complete commercial training or business studies, with a focus on construction, real estate management or controlling. Professional experience in the project or construction business environment of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with DATEV. Analytical and structured operation, high number affinity. Self-employment, self-initiative and organisational skills. Communication strength and team capacity. Enforceability.
