Your tasksAs the voice of the TARGOBANK, you will process customer orders and inquiries about digital services/technical inquiries about online and app services These include, for example, initial diagnosis and rapid problem solving in hardware and software malfunctions You detect fault messages and analyze recurring disturbances You offer an excellent service and create special customer experiences by taking care of the concerns of our customers Depending on your needs, you communicate with our customers on the phone, by mail and e-mail or via digital channels You design the digital service support for our customers through your own suggestions and ideas for process optimization with You work in the team and communicate proactively with colleagues about technical challenges and possible solutions
