Disposition & Planning: Implementation of material demand planning and creation of forecasts to ensure supply. Stock management: monitoring and optimisation of stocks of raw materials, purchases, finished products and auxiliary and operating materials. Operational Purchasing: Installation and transmission of orders and delivery schedule calls, control of order confirmations and date monitoring. Customer order processing: Ensuring the timely delivery plan fulfillment for customers. Application planning: Creation, control and daily verification of weekly and daily deployment planning (shift plans). Analysis & KPIs: Monitoring of relevant KPIs and analysis of bottlenecks and derivation of appropriate measures.

Education: Completed commercial training or business studies, ideally focusing on supply chain management. SAP knowledge: Funded SAP experience in the fields of production, disposition, storage and handling units. Technical understanding: basic technical understanding is advantageous. Professional experience: experience in planning, procurement, production, disposition and inventory management. IT competence: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and scenario preparation. Soft Skills: team skills, communication strength, structured working methods and good English skills for international cooperation.
