Do you want to be in touch with social media managers around the world every day – and how brand communication can take place safely, consistent and consistent on social media? Then become part of our social media governance team at Mercedes-Benz! What awaits you: The social media landscape of the Mercedes-Benz Group is diverse, dynamic. On Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and many other channels we communicate daily with millions of people worldwide. To ensure that this works smoothly, we set the guidelines: from Do's & Don'ts to platform assessments to training for colleagues worldwide. In your six-month compulsory internship you will not only get exciting insights, but also take your own project that you can answer from the beginning to the end. Your tasks: Supporting our global team in daily social media enquiries, such as post, asset, platform or activation reviews

Creating own editorial contributions, e.g. for our monthly social media governance newsletter

Working to further develop our global governance standards

Care and care of our international social media activities database, the database for ensuring transparency across all the social media channels of Mercedes-Benz AG

Support in expanding our Influencer database and consulting on planned influencer cooperation worldwide

Help with the organisation and implementation of internal and external workshops & Webinare

Creation of management presentations on current topics, trends or projects

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in Communications, Media, Economics, Social Sciences or Humanities – also technically oriented courses are welcome

Very good knowledge of German and English

Secure handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)

Fun on social media, trends & platforms

Text security and a good voice

Team spirit, initiative, creativity and a structured, reliable way of working

desire to take responsibility and proactively promote new topics

Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share. Why this internship? You work in the heart of the social media landscape, get to know global processes and work with colleagues from different areas.
