Group Leader Development Digitalization (m/f/d)

In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. As a group manager (m/w/d), you have the technical and disciplinary overall responsibility for an organizational unit with around 30 employees and several team leaders. In this role you will design and be responsible for the strategic development of digital solutions, technologies and architectures within development. Your tasks include the planning, control and successful implementation of digitalization projects. In addition, ensure compliance with deadlines, budget projects and quality standards and is responsible for resource and capacity planning. As a central interface, you work closely with internal disciplines, customers and external partners and actively contribute to the definition of standards and processes.

You have a successfully completed university degree in the fields of automation technology, mechanical engineering, digitalization or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the development of digital or software-based solutions are the key to you. Your very good understanding of software and automation-related systems in the industrial environment, ideally in special machine construction, will certainly be used in practice. A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high self-initiative and sense of responsibility are your strengths. Your profile is rounded off by strong communication and team skills as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
