Let's connect: Get indefinitely, at the next possible time, in our Global Information Technology End User Services department at Hannover / Germany as Senior Test and Deployment Manager:in. In our Global End User Services team, you are working on the digital workplace environment in the company and are jointly helping us to secure world-wide stable IT support. We operate the Global User Service Desk, support Service Transition & Planning for the quality assurance of new releases and ensure secure access in Identity & Access Management. You actively contribute your experience and shape the development of our topics in terms of quality, releases and deployments.

You plan and coordinate test activities across different projects and systems and develop sustainable test strategies for sustainable quality assurance You act as Deployment Manager: in the technical provision of software in different environments, ensuring stable, safe and traceable deployments You are developing test, test automation and deployment processes in a consistent manner and bringing best practices, standards and new impulses into play. You control the planning and implementation of end-to-end releases and ensure reliable cooperation with internal cutting points and external service providers

Completed studies of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification, for example as a specialist:in Multiannual professional experience in test, release and/or deployment management Included knowledge of quality assurance and test automation or the ability to further develop them in a targeted manner Experiences with IT process models (e.g. ITIL, CoBit) and IT service transfer processes Experience with agile working methods and project management German at a safe and reliable level for cooperation in an international working environment You communicate clearly, moderately different interests and remain resilient, solution-oriented and service-oriented even in complex situations You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
