You're expecting

• Self-fulfilment of the entire recruitment process
• Conducting talent acquisition, telephone interviews, interviews and contract negotiations
• Active addressing of new candidates via internal databases and social media such as LinkedIn and XING
• Creation and updating of job advertisements and care of job offers
• Transfer of recruiting candidates to projects in close cooperation with a tandem partner in sales
• Support of sales staff if required by accompaniment to local customer calls

That's what you bring

• Completed studies/training in the field of personnel or relevant professional experience in the fields of personnel services or services
• Experience in Recruiting area especially engineering/automotives of advantage
• Sovereign and sympathetic appearance in communication by phone, email or video call
• High level of initiative, proactive and target-oriented work combined with a structured mindset and team spirit
• Flowing German and good English skills
