As a staff consultant, you can support our departments along the entire recruiting process: You create job alerts, select appropriate recruiting measures and implement them together with the team You actively shape the personnel selection process, conduct structured selection discussions and make informed choices in the candidate selection You work closely with external recruiting service providers, control them and ensure smooth cooperation You work closely with external recruiting service providers, control them and ensure smooth cooperation You create work contracts, certificates and other work contract documents You organize and coordinate the onboarding process and ensure professional entry of new employees You actively support and design operational health management You pursue current trends in recruiting and personal marketing, continue to form and create new ideas and impulses

You have a degree with a focus on personnel (e.g. business management) or alternatively a commercial training with additional qualification in the human resources sector (e.g. You have several years of relevant professional experience in human resources and recruiting You bring sound knowledge of labour law You have a structured, reliable and service-oriented operation You have a strong communication capability in dealing with different target groups You have a safe handling of MS Office and experience with applicant management systems You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
