The main task is to ensure a fully coordinated, efficient, well planned, punctual, result-proof and high-quality execution of our construction projects. Project management for large-scale projects (Rechenzentrumsbau) from start to successful completion incl. Planning, coordination and quality assurance Leadership of a project team and ensuring smooth operations and targeted cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders Head of internal and external voting and customer appointments as well as participation in further project meetings and preparation of progress reports Overview of the services to be provided and coordination of the trades and subcontractors, incl. Debates Participation in offering and follow-up creation and close coordination with the controlling to achieve commercial goals and claim management Monitoring the project budget and ensuring positive project completion

Training in the field of technical building equipment (electro, mechanics, interior design or architecture) or studies, for example Bachelor degree in Construction Management o. Engineering Ideal: Multiannual professional experience / leadership experience as project management, preferably in large-scale projects / data centers / overarching projects Knowledge of relevant building regulations, regulations and industrial standards Good knowledge of MS Office incl. MS Project Project-related English skills
