Chef de Partie Chef for 4-star hotel with 2000€ bonus (m/f/d)

Köhlers Forsthaus is a 4-star wellness hotel. It is surrounded by a park-like garden with a small lake. The hotel is idyllic on the edge of the forest.

In order to place Köhlers Forsthaus as a wellness hotel even better, the “Wohlfühl-Welt” was created. Over the past few years it has been generously rebuilt and expanded. We have a total of 63 rooms of different sizes and features, including single rooms, double rooms, grand deluxe rooms, family suites and a suite.

More than 50 employees ensure consistently high service quality. Family Köhler attaches importance to long-term cooperation.

We like to use fresh, regional products. Our fish and wild specialities come from the region. The kitchen was awarded several times.

Type of employment: Full time

REQUIREMENTS You are part of the kitchen team consisting of approx. 10 employees and 4 flushing forces. Cooked with fresh ingredients. As Chef de Partie, you will help maintain and improve our quality. Cooked for banquet, meeting, a la carte and our guests.

INCOME You work in the team of at least two chefs (usually more). This ensures a piece-by-piece incorporation. You agree with the chef.

PERSPECTIVE If we match, you can expect long-term employment in a family-run company. 30 employees have been involved for more than 10 years. If you are interested, you can visit training courses of various types in our hotel network “Ringhotels”.

PROFIL ● You have a training to/to cook/cook (m/w/d) and want to work as Chef de Partie (m/w/d) ● You are ready to integrate into the kitchen team ● You have fun cooking with fresh ingredients

WORKING TIMES / PERSONS You work in a 5-day week. Monday to Thursday the shift service will be used. The shift starts in the team between 12:00 and 14:00. The layer ends correspondingly offset. As soon as possible, the shift service will be extended to the remaining days. The schedules are reliably maintained to a very large extent. The working time is accurately recorded via a time recording system. Overtime, which cannot be taken as a leisure time, will be paid after one year with 35% supplement. Your holiday depends on the collective agreements.

IMPORTS ● The basis is the collective agreement. Overtime payments for some supplements are standard (weekend and holiday supplements), as well as paid overtime ● 2000€ premium awaits you after the trial period ● After one year of service there are holiday allowances

APPROVAL ● A staff room can be provided if needed (furnished single room in hotel's own community, about 2 km from the hotel) ● Additional services such as free gym, mobile phone money and discounted nights in other ring hotels complete the offer
