You want to get started in the real estate sector? Start your dual myStudium with the appropriate practical partner. You will study myStudium in our study model and use interactive learning materials as well as our learning AI. We, the IMU Immobilienmanagement GmbH (part of the Buena Group) are based in Chemnitz, a real estate administration, real estate care, real estate agency, real estate repair and maintenance (stocking). In the real estate sector we are responsible for rent apartments, pitches, commercial properties, condominiums, land and houses. The administration area includes house management, WEG administration, and special property management. Maintenance includes maintenance of value, repair and small repairs. Our master's service includes cleaning, outdoor care, winter service and technical building services.
