Technical leadership and further development of the subordinate, eight-member team with clear prioritization, objective and sustainable skills Optimizing processes in financial accounting, controlling, IT, purchasing and disposition to ensure efficient processes and clean interfaces Ensuring and further developing the IT infrastructure as well as ERP applications at the location, including controlling first and second level support Creation, analysis and derivation of measures from key figures, reports and evaluations as well as active cooperation in annual cost planning, investment planning and forecast Ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external requirements, cooperation on site-related projects and preparation and monitoring of inventory as an interface to technical and professional partners outside the accounting system

Completed commercial vocational training or business or comparable studies with a focus on controlling Multiannual experience as a controller (m/w/d) in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment with a secure understanding of cost and earnings management Extensive expertise in the relevant topics, in particular controlling, financial accounting and adjacent commercial processes routing with MS Office as well as very good SAP user knowledge, especially in FI & CO, combined with high data and process security Impressed leadership, enforcement and integrity as well as cooperative, resilient and socially competent working methods in exchange with different stakeholders
