You take over the project management of construction projects to the commercial properties we serve as contractors: in all Germany They are responsible for order and cost management and work in the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services and in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with They ensure the quality of the work results through regular construction site visits and participation in construction sessions You are responsible for the documentation of construction services and the monitoring of warranty management They regularly communicate with the tenants:inside They support our facility managers in building and technical tasks in daily building operations

They have completed engineering studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), architecture or civil engineering, or comparable training with a further training in the field of technical building equipment They convince with good knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations in the construction industry (VOB) and the HOAI Ideally you have experiences with commercial properties They have organisational skills as contractors:in order to coordinate several construction projects simultaneously A safe handling of authorities and utilities is familiar to you They are characterized by high performance and a high quality awareness A temporary readiness of up to 80% for our projects is of course for you An independent, independent and structured way of working completes your profile
