Pedagogical and Nursing Specialist with Large Design Space

Are you happy to support and accompany our residents individually in their daily lives? Do you have innovative ideas for the participation of people with different support needs and do you like to shape change processes? The residential complex Mainz is located close to the Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität. In two residential houses we offer 25 living spaces in 3 housing groups for people with different support needs. Since 2018, seven barrier-free apartments have been added to the offer in a new building. The residential complex is easily accessible with the ÖPNV.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you will accompany our residents, provide a reliable daily routine with our team. • In direct collaboration with exciting people you have a lot of time and space for individual care. • As a reference manager*in you create and implement individual help and support plans, work confidently with relatives and legal advisors and adapt to specific requirements. • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents. • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our clients, you work in close cooperation with the team and our experts who support you in your work.

We wish you • Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, you already have first experience in working with people with mental and/or physical impairment. • Communication and consensus. • Commitment, empathy and fun in team work.
