At the next time and in full time, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) heating, ventilation and sanitation (HLS) for our client exclusively and directly. In this responsible position, you are responsible for managing and coordinating sanitary, heating and ventilation projects from planning to implementation.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) in the area of heating, ventilation and sanitation (HLS) and have ideally completed a training as a master (m/w/d) successfully? In a comparable field of activity you already have several years of professional experience? Extraction, management and coordination of sanitary, heating and ventilation projects from planning to implementation Responsibility for compliance with closed contracts taking into account common rules and regulations Monitoring the timetables, budgets and working methods at the construction site, including construction managers and technicians (m/w/d) Project-related purchasing of materials at pre-traded purchase prices Subsequent processing in close cooperation with the Supply Department Compilation of final accounts and regular bills with appropriate evidence

Completed training as an investment mechanic SHK (m/w/d) for heating, ventilation and sanitation technology, at best extension to a master title, or similar qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally paired with the takeover of leadership responsibility Experience in the handling of public contracts and knowledge of common regulations (e.g. VOB) is desirable First experiences in technical drawing are evaluated as a plus point High demand for quality and customer satisfaction Impressed communication skills and team spirit Class B driving licence and valid driving licence (required for trips to construction sites) Very good Microsoft Office knowledge German language skills in word and writing
