You are responsible for the business center goals and the individual target agreements of the employees. The leadership and development of employees as well as their deployment planning are also part of your task. The active inclusion and care of customer data as well as the sale of memberships and insurance policies will determine your working day. In addition, you are continuously working on customer retention measures and supporting marketing activities. You control and advertise statistics to derive appropriate measures.

Ideally, you have a completed training ideally as an insurance businessman (w/m/d) and/or an economic study focusing on insurance/financial services or comparable experience. You bring several years of experience in the leadership of employees. You draw from a customer- and sales-oriented way of thinking as well as a very good figure understanding. Customer and service orientation as well as team spirit are of course for you in all actions and projects.
