Implementation of monthly wage and salary accounting for a defined employee group Maintenance and updating of personal master files and accounting information in SAP HCM Tax and social insurance assessment and booking of remuneration components Creation of certificates, e.g. for social security institutions, authorities and employees Advising executives and employees on all issues related to salary billing, parental leave, parental leave and retirement Close cooperation with the fields of time management, accounting and HR Business partners Working with HR projects in the area of payroll and pay billing

Controlling, preparation of evaluations, analyses and reports for management - for deriving personal economic indicators and recommendations for action Active participation in the further development of billing processes and HR systems - with focus on digitization, automation and compliance Special Representative for colleagues in the Payroll team - Support for complex billing cases and special topics Interface management for internal stakeholders such as finance, controlling and IT as well as external audit bodies (e.g. social security, audit)

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman, tax specialist, specialist for wage and salary accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll / Payroll, ideally with SAP HCM Secure knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law Routinized handling of MS Office, especially Excel Embossed analytical skills and high number affinity Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Trustworthy personality with team spirit and a high level of discretion and service orientation
