TREATY MANAGEMENT:IN (M/W/D) PARTNER COUNTRIES FOR VEHICLES

You are the first contact and contact person for internal functions as well as responsible contact persons:in external workshops and maintenance service providers in all contractual and commercial matters You collect internal needs to derive appropriate measures and implement mapping activities in contracts You are responsible for the negotiation and conclusion of contracts / Framework contracts with workshop partners and maintenance service providers throughout Europe for the provision of maintenance services, accident repairs and modifications / SW updates Supporting material management in contractual matters is also one of your tasks You work closely with our workshop managers, including the strategic development of the workshop network In addition, you support the development and implementation of new IT solutions

You have completed training or studies in the field of railway engineering, mechanical engineering, or you are a cross-comer:with corresponding professional experience You bring multi-year experience in contracting and pricing Your organizational skills enable you to act efficiently even under pressure You are characterized by a strong quality and safety awareness that allows you to quickly identify and solve problems You have analytical skills to evaluate data and are equally committed and motivated to adapt to changing requirements You are interested in the current developments in the railway industry Your profile is rounded off with very good German and English skills in word and writing Travelling within Europe is not a problem for you (traveling from Monday to Friday: about 70%)
