Global technical & disciplinary leadership Total responsibility for all global testing and qualification processes in the product development environment. Ensuring product quality through strategic prioritization, technical expertise and clear leadership decisions. Leadership of international teams Head of globally distributed teams in Europe, Asia and North America (Matrix) and disciplinary leadership of the local team at the German main development and test site (6 MA). Promote a performance-oriented, cooperative working culture and harmonisation of global standards. Close cooperation with development Cooperation with global development departments for the targeted qualification of new products. Active contribution to optimizing development processes and reducing the time-to-market. Global reporting & stakeholder management Responsibility for global reporting of all Testing & Qualfication activities. Central respondent for internal and external stakeholders and ensuring transparency and traceability. Security & Compliance Management Ensuring consistent compliance with all safety-relevant regulations in operation and product. Training international teams and implementing global best practices in the field of security.

at least 3 years of leadership experience in an international technical environment; Experience in the elevator or related industry of advantage. Understanding complex technical systems, ideally highrise products. Embossed solution orientation and ability to address complex challenges in a structured manner. Very good English skills; other languages welcome. High cultural sensitivity and competence in dealing with global teams. Ready for regular international travel.
