You enter and manage property assets independently You organize and tax maintenance and repair measures You communicate with tenants:inside, service providers:inside You plan and check additional cost accounting You manage contracts and plead master data You carry out object visits and decreases You work structured with easimo for mapping and controlling all relevant administrative processes

You have a completed training in real estate or a comparable qualification You bring multiannual experience in house management You have ideally experience with easimo – a key factor is a safe handling of digital management systems and the willingness to work quickly in easimo You are safe in handling Microsoft teams as well as common Microsoft Office applications You work structured and independent You are reliable and have a good organizational capacity You are communication-strong and team capable You have a class B licence
