Senior Project Management Assistant in Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you are an important part of our project teams and act as a commercial partner of the project and construction management. You take over the independent commercial management of demanding construction projects and thus make a significant contribution to their economic success. Your tasks include: Own-sponsored commercial processing and control of construction projects of different sizes Creation and testing of offers, economic considerations and commercial policy proposals Responsibility for the proper and timely accounting and active control and tracking of open claims Commercial examination, monitoring and control of project-related contracts with contractors and suppliers Continuous monitoring and ensuring project liquidity Creation and analysis of monthly reporting and regular coordination within project management Self-fulfilment of project control including target-actual comparisons, forecasts and cost and result analyses Early identification of economic opportunities and risks as well as deriving appropriate measures Responsibility for project-related risk, change and claim management from a commercial perspective Implementation of contract and follow-up topics and in commercial negotiations Ensuring a transparent and resilient commercial project documentation

Successfully completed business studies or comparable commercial training with well-founded professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the project business, ideally as a project businessman/wife in the construction, plant construction or technical service environment Experience in independent commercial support and control of complex projects Good technical understanding and the ability to translate technical relationships into economic evaluations Excellent analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and a very good commercial understanding Good knowledge of contract law and VOB Experience in project controlling as well as in risk, yield and claim management Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Ideally experience with MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Industry Software ProbauS Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work and a high level of responsibility Communication strength and a sovereign appearance towards project partners, after-contractors and internal interfaces High commitment, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility Readiness to travel as part of the supervised projects
