As a construction manager, you are responsible for the correct execution of the work at the construction site and assigns the necessary instructions to the colleagues and trades You ensure that the construction work on the construction site pays attention to the riskless intervening of the various works Quality control, planning and coordination of the construction site in close coordination with the project management are your responsibility You create a documentation of the construction process (building diary) and worry about a correct decrease in the construction projects

You have a craft training or a study in the field of construction Experience as a construction manager in the fields of industrial, commercial or residential construction desirable

You are accustomed to independent and team-oriented work on large-scale construction sites Good knowledge of German is required for this position Funded knowledge of VOB as well as a high degree of cost awareness and negotiation skills complete your profile
