We are contact persons of our Senior Category Buyer as well as for sales in all questions concerning shelf optimization and macro area management. We provide pragmatic answers to the layout and market design and support and drive up-to-date strategic projects around area management.

You take on the permanent consulting and analytical support of the Senior Category Buyer, the Business and Area Management in all issues relating to area management (sortiment placement & macro area management) - in projects and in the operational day business. You initiate, design and drive process optimization in the daily business. You create shelf layouts based on consumer knowledge and product group knowledge. You enter layout tools, create handbooks and advance the development of tools and compliance with the range rules. You have close interfaces between Purchasing/Category Buyers, Sales, Assortment Control, Action Management, External and Internal Service Providers and IT. You actively guide action recommendations in the assortment based on the insights from the layout and listing process – you create effective presentation and present the results before stakeholders of the different management levels.

You show great enthusiasm for food retailing and bring comprehensive industry experience. You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in layout management, distribution, category management or consulting. You can demonstrate an above-average degree in economics. You have a high understanding of the product group based on customer knowledge and trade-relevant identifiers. You bring a high number affinity and a pronounced analytical mindset as well as very good knowledge of MS-Excel and Power Point – experiences in a placement software are desirable. You convince by a sovereign and safe occurrence paired with excellent presentation ability as well as human knowledge and strong persuasion. You work independently and profit-oriented.
