Head of Technical Property Management (m/f/d)

· Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of currently two team leaders and overall responsibility for around 16 employees; Further development of executives, promoting a constructive understanding of quality and performance, as well as accompanying change and growth issues. · Strategic orientation: further development of technical property management in line with the requirements of asset management, fund management and investors; Creating clear structures, responsibilities and control logics for a scalable organization. · Operational control: Total responsibility for the economic, sustainable and quality-assured technical management of the managed real estate portfolios and for the management of technical management, maintenance and investment measures. · Quality assurance & reporting: Introduction and further development of uniform standards, KPIs, documentation and reporting structures; Ensuring quality, processing deadlines, operator responsibility as well as legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements. · Interface Management: Professional coordination with internal specialist areas such as commercial property management, asset management, fund management and accounting as well as with owners, tenants, authorities, service providers and other stakeholders. · Service provider control: Strategic selection, control and further development of external service providers, in particular facility management, maintenance and service companies, including framework contract, quality and performance management. · Process Optimization & Digitization: Identification and Implementation of Improvement Potentials in Work Processes, Digital Processes, CAFM/BI-assisted Control Instruments and Department-Internal Cooperation. · Creating growth: Active participation in the further development of HIH Property Services, including further development of department structures, onboarding new employees and establishing a professional leadership and control understanding.

· Complete technical studies, e.g. civil engineering, utility/building technology or facility management, or a comparable technical qualification – ideally with an immobile economic relation. · Multiannual relevant professional experience in technical property management, facility management or in technical object care, of which ideally over three years in a leading and/or strategic function. · Embossed technical expertise in the operation of commercial real estate as well as sound knowledge of relevant technical regulations, legal requirements and operator requirements. · Experience in building or transforming structures and processes, ideally in a growing or service-oriented environment. · Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with pragmatic implementation strength and a very good understanding of costs, quality, budgets, life cycle costs and investment decisions. · High leadership, communication and interface competence as well as a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders. · Secure use of common software; Experience with CAFM systems, BI tools and digital processes is advantageous. · Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
