Team Leader Controlling (m/w/d) - Medium-sized production company

Our client, a high-growth medium-sized company in the manufacturing food industry, is looking for a team leader Controlling (m/w/d) on the technical and strategic development of the controlling at the next possible time. In this responsible position, you take over the management of the controlling team and actively participate in the management instruments and decision bases of the company. They work closely with the management and have the opportunity to help shape processes and continuously optimize them. In addition to the leadership of a small, dedicated controlling team, you will take on central tasks in operational and strategic controlling. In a dynamic environment with short decision paths, you actively drive forward the further development of the controlling and important projects in the area of cost and income accounting. Responsibility for operational and strategic controlling including budget planning, forecasting and deviation analyses Further development of controlling instruments and reporting in close cooperation with the management Construction and optimization of control and key number systems Economic analysis and ad hoc evaluations to support business decisions Close cooperation with adjacent departments such as production, sales and finance Leadership and further development of a small controlling team (2 employees) Support for cross-departmental projects, e.g. as part of ERP implementation

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company in the manufacturing industry Funded knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting and reporting Embossed analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach High self-initiative, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation First leadership experience or strong willingness to take over leadership responsibility
