You take legal advice on a variety of issues in the banking environment – with a focus on credit law and payment transactions.

You support the legal assessment and design of products, services and contract structures.

You accompany insulting credit commitments, conduct negotiations and coordinate judicial procedures, including cooperation with external law firms.

You follow legal developments and make practical recommendations for the departments.

You support internal stakeholders in the implementation of legal requirements and participate in the further development of internal processes.

You take responsibility for the entire contract workflow and tax external lawyers.

Successfully completed studies of law with second state exams

Multiannual professional experience, ideally in a bank or a comparable environment

Knowledge of credit law and ideally in payment law

Experience in contract design and dealing with complex legal issues

Economic understanding and interest in bank-related relationships

Impressed ability to communicate legal facts in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner

Structured, independent and quality-conscious operation

Teamability and willingness to work interdisciplinary
