Join us in Customer Care Management (CCM) on our way to international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to ensure excellent processes and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Your job You are the counterpart for daily exchange with service providers regarding quality monitoring. You analyze the results of quality monitoring and feedback we receive from our customers from different sources (enquiries, reviews, etc.) to have an overview of our customer insights and to determine measures to improve our service and customer satisfaction. In addition, you support the quality manager in building an international quality framework, creating, updating or improving processes and functions. Your contribution With the responsibility to develop and establish methods for implementing a continuous improvement process, you carry out quality controls, regularly check the quality instruments and get in touch with different stakeholders. You are also responsible for achieving the KPI objectives of service providers and internally by controlling internal measures in daily business.
