Metrology Technician (m/f/d)

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a measuring technician (m/w/d) near Landberg am Lech at the next possible time.

The position shall be fixed indefinitely.

You carry out measurement, shape and position tolerance tests on individual parts and assemblies and ensure that all components meet the defined quality requirements. With the help of the latest 3D measurement technology, in particular the Hexagon Absolute Arm, you can measure components and document the measurement results accurately and comprehensible. You create measurement reports and test logs, analyze the results and detect deviations early. In the case of initial samples, series releases and technical questions, you will be able to provide advice on the production with your technical know-how. Together with the areas of manufacturing and quality management, you identify causes of errors, evaluate deviations and initiate appropriate measures for optimization. The maintenance, monitoring and calibration of the measuring means used also take place and ensure their reliable operational readiness. With your experience, you actively contribute to the optimization of testing processes, measurement strategies and quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of production quality.

A successfully completed technical training with further training to the measurement engineer (m/w/d), quality tester (m/w/d), mechanical engineer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. Professional experience in industrial measurement technology as well as in the field of quality assurance can be brought with you. Safe handling of the Hexagon Absolute Arm and ideally with software solutions such as Bending Studio or Inspire. Technical drawings are routined and have a well-founded knowledge of dimensional, shape and position tolerances. Experience with SolidWorks or comparable CAD software is advantageous. An existing crane license is desirable, alternatively, there is the willingness to acquire it. A structured, careful and self-sponsored way of working as well as a pronounced quality awareness. Analytical thinking, team skills and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality complete your profile as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1).
