We are looking for a work area management (m/w/d) for the workshop for disabled people in the Stephanuswerk Isny in full time/part time (31-39 hours/week).

You conduct the assigned areas responsibly and innovatively in cooperation with the workshop management according to economic, technical and educational aspects. You are responsible for material monitoring and procurement as well as purchasing. You ensure the workability of production both organizationally and functionally. You are responsible for compliance with statutory regulations and ensure the safety of work. You are responsible for personnel development and service planning. You continuously develop the work opportunities for people with disabilities. You are responsible for the order and customer acquisition. You're puffing existing customer contacts and building them sustainably. You process customer requests and take over the calculation as well as the creation of offers independently. Compliance with the QM guidelines is your responsibility.

You have completed your studies in commercial, technical or social fields, as an alternative to vocational training as a technician, master, farmer, social economist or comparable qualification A special pedagogical additional training (according to the workshop regulation § 9) is ideally brought with you You enjoy working with people with and without disabilities You are an organizational institution and keep an overview even in complex situations When dealing with MS Office you are safe and versed You bring leadership skills and practical leadership experience You own a car guide ticket
