About mammas canteen

mammas canteen is a catererer that is currently preparing food for students at more than 90 Hamburg schools. In our school kitchens we value fresh ingredients, short paths and a well-established team – including a reliable kitchen in the background.

Your tasks

• Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils, manual and machine
• Operation, loading and maintenance of the dishwasher
• Compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations in the kitchen sink
• Clean the kitchen and adjacent work areas
• Proper disposal of kitchen waste according to requirements
• Proper storage of cleaned dishes and equipment
• Support of the kitchen team in simple preparation and refurbishment

Your profile

• Reliability and punctuality
• Team skills and friendly handling of colleagues
• Careful, hygiene-conscious work
• Physical loadability (stretching, lifting, working with water)
• Health certificate required according to § 43 Infection Protection Act (learning can be organized if necessary)
• Sufficient German skills for team understanding
• Professional experience not required – work is done on site
