In a team of experienced experts, you carry out analytical and numerical test calculations, on the basis of current control mechanisms of pressure vessels, pipelines, valves, tanks, vehicle structures, lifting platforms, load-receiving devices, cranes, elevator components, various metal and plastic constructions. They create static test calculations, life calculations, time dynamometers. They test construction components under pressure loads, heavy pressure, inherent loads, external influences ( inertia loads, wind, snow, earthquakes). In addition, you will create test reports and reports and take over the further development of calculation files (Excel, Mathcad). They cooperate with QS audits and support specialist inspectors of the locations in Germany and abroad. The acquisition of price calculations and the creation of offers for design examination also falls within your task area. They are responsible for specific customers and occasional external activities for customer inspections (print checks, construction tests, state monitoring). During your training with us you will accompany experienced experts and receive extensive professional training and further training. Regular team meetings also contribute to internal exchange.

Studies in mechanical engineering, construction (steel construction, tank construction), process engineering or another comparable field of study Up to 5 years of industrial experience, e.g. as a calculation engineer in power plant, machinery, plant construction or steel construction Very good computer and software knowledge, experience in handling finite element software (e.g. ANSYS or DASYLab) Class B driving licence
