Do you want to answer complex projects of ground-based air defense and Missile Defence professionally and economically? Do you have experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams across the entire project life cycle – from ability analysis and conception to technical implementation? Do you want to actively lead central interfaces to customers, internal departments and sales and successfully complete projects in the Defence & Security environment?

Responsible management of interdisciplinary, complex projects in the field of integrated air defense and guidance and professional guidance of the project teams Continuous development of the network and performance portfolio at the customer Active customer support in the determination of requirements and technical specification Acquisition of projects and full support, complete product life cycle and project completion Target-oriented management of project activities and stakeholder management Monitoring the respective project status and risk monitoring in the Time-Cost-Quality voltage field Creating extensive market analyses and concepts Documentation and presentation of project status, progress, completion and performance of customer acceptances

Complete university studies in mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable Many years of experience in the project management of multidisciplinary projects Insufficient professional experience in the environment Bundeswehr as project manager:in industry or ideally during a military career Reliable network for contractors and in industry or practical experience with the procurement and award processes of the Bundeswehr IPMA certifications and experience in handling PM tools would be ideal Entrepreneurial thinking and excellent presentation skills Very good knowledge of German and English
