As HR Referent (m/w/d) with a focus on personal care, you are responsible for the holistic support of the specialists and executives used by our customer companies from onboarding to outplacement. For employees in your area of competence, you act as a competent contact person in all personal topics, especially during the period of use in one of our customer companies Thanks to a positive Candidate Experience and smooth project transitions, you ensure a successful connection to Hays and thereby contribute significantly to the success of the company Through active relationship management on the customer and professional side, you obtain valuable information for our key account management and gain further high-level specialist and executives for our specialist pool In addition, you have a look at the compliance processes and make sure You are adhered to You are in direct contact with your team and accompany employees in your team and customer-dependent group as part of the remediation for interviews with our customer companies
