You are responsible for the independent and customer-oriented processing of fire, tap water, electrical and break-in steel damage in the range of property and construction services up to 25,000 euros. You are responsible for an economic situation corresponding to the situation of property and the legal situation and for the continued activation of the reserves. You contribute personally to ensuring the availability of local tele­graphical services within the framework of service levels and labour needs. You advise and provide services to customers, responders and third parties in cases of damage in the context of active damage management. You commission and control dealers and partners. You call for participation in divisions or Double­checks and re­gression and training.

You have completed training for the trader/wife for traders and finan­cials, as well as, as far as possible, further training for the trader. You are ideally contributing to vocational training in the treatment of damages in the field of property. You have good theatrical and practical skills in the field of expertise (conditions, clauses, laws, legal interpretation) as well as the implicit regressions and division agreements. You have in-depth knowledge in the common office products. You act independently, economically and have a high customer and service orientation.
