(Senior) Consultant - Financial Services Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (f/m/d)

Rate our customers in defining and implementing cyber security and information risk management systems to be prepared for threats and disruptive changes already today. You know the IT and Compliance requirements of Financial Services companies and advise their innovative, technology-based implementation through powerful, forward-looking processes, automation and the use of IT tools. You continue to think: the failure of processes through unexpected events (such as disasters) does not bring you out of rest - you develop appropriate business continuity and IT service continuity strategies as well as processes and consistently implement them. In addition, you shape the cooperation of financial companies and their service providers: whether hyperscaler or other IT service providers - through the design of sourcing strategies, the design of control processes and through comprehensive risk management. You like to work in an interdisciplinary team, solve complex problems, take early responsibility in an international environment with the renowned big players in the German Financial Services market. Together with our customers, you develop tailor-made and tool-based solutions that meet legal requirements.

You have first knowledge of at least two of the following topics: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001 and Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management, Service Provider Control (Third Party Risk Management). You work with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm. You also think beyond the edge of the plate and shout new ways with innovative ideas. You already bring first know-how and have the motivation to deepen this by certificates (e.g. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, ISO 22031). You have project management skills and have a strong understanding of processes and their relationships. In addition, you have ideally already theoretical or user knowledge in common cyber security, GRC or other tools (e.g. ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira etc.). You've already dealt with the use of AI, or you've been interested in the possibilities of improvement by AI.
