HR Analytics & Excellence Professional*

You are responsible for the implementation and further development of group-wide HR reporting with the aim of increasing transparency, decision-making quality and efficiency in a sustainable manner. You identify and implement AI and automation potentials in the reporting and analysis environment, thus reducing manual outlays and analyzing faster. You develop dashboards, self-service analytics and management cockpits in our HRM system Workday for executives and HR. You translate complex data into understandable storylines and decision templates for management and disciplines. You ensure high data quality as a basis for reliable analysis, automation and AI applications.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, human resources management, data science or comparable disciplines. Multiannual experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics, HR Controlling or comparable functions. Very good knowledge of data analysis, reporting and visualization. High interest in AI and its practical application in the HR environment. Impressed analytical understanding and the ability to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way. Experience with Workday or comparable HR systems desirable.
